Information you give us. When you book a call or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us about your business. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and selected time on our behalf.

Information collected automatically. Our site is hosted on Webflow, which logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance.

What we don’t do. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tools on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold calls, provide our services, communicate about a potential or active project, and keep the site secure and working properly. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf under their own privacy practices: Calendly (scheduling calls — name, email, chosen time) and Webflow (website hosting and infrastructure).

Cookies

Our site uses minimal cookies. The Calendly booking widget may set cookies needed for scheduling to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we share information

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers above to run the site and schedule calls, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and as required for our records or by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared by emailing info@threefive.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and our providers maintain their own security measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
